Connor Turner
Director / Operations
Over the past 14 years, Connor has built up a wealth of experience and knowledge focused solely on the Drylining & Ceiling sector. The journey started at sixteen on a drylining apprenticeship after leaving school, eager to start working and develop his career, he found a niche in delivering elements in the industry that most would deem as ‘not possible’ or ‘too difficult’, expanding on this through the years and demonstrating clear ability, in 2017 CT Interiors was incorporated. Since incorporation, Connor continues to be hands on day to day, dynamic to the ever changing construction industry. Delivering projects across multiple sectors, working with repeat clients year on year, demonstrating his ability and well respected presence within the industry.

Daniel Rushton
Director / Commercial
Daniel has worked with the construction industry, specialising within the Drylining and Fit Out sector, for the past 17 years. Starting his career as an assistant quantity surveyor, progressing to a commercial manager. Throughout his career, Daniel has estimated and surveyed through to final account agreement, multimillion pound Drylining packages. Daniel has always had a passion for a meticulous analytical attention for detail and desire to maintain a proactive and dynamic approach to all elements of business, recognising that the construction industry is an ever-evolving environment. Now leading the commercial side, Daniel is determined to maintain the businesses values and strategy of ensuring that an unrivalled delivery and service is provided, ensuring that vital relationships with our clients and supply chain are continued.

Finley Taylor
Apprentice Quantity Surveyor
After completing education in 2025, Finley had the desire to start his career in the construction industry by enrolling on to a Quantity Surveyor apprenticeship at CT Interiors. Since leaving school he has demonstrated eagerness to start working and further develop knowledge/skillset within the industry. After joining CT Interiors, he has set out the ambition to advance and expand his ability in the trade both on and off site learning the technical, and professional values of the business. Finley continues to grow and demonstrate his knowledge in the industry by assisting clients, having the ability to communicate and support shows the enthusiasm to progress his understanding and professionalism inside the construction industry.

Jessica Hodgkiss
Office / Accounts
Jess has been closely associated with CT Interiors since 2017. She finally admitted defeat and took a role within the office in 2023. Bringing a dose of femininity, sarcasm and growing knowledge in the industry, she shows a continuous desire to learn. Her role consists of administrative tasks and business development, building rapport with our principal contractors, sub-contractors and supply chain along the way. Additional to her life at CTI, she is an aspiring therapeutic counsellor and her goal is to merge her two professions in the near future. She recognises the industry on a whole calls for cultural change and better support systems and wants to fuse her knowledge of well being and underlying stigma to benefit the CTI team and associated community.
